What is the best fine art watercolor paper for giclée fine art giclée prints?

An excellent choice is fine art paper from the Hahnemuhle Collection of Digital Fine Art paper. If you are interested in the new "4-color" black-and-white inks such as Ilford Archiva MonoKrome inks, then Hahnemuhle Albrecht Durer and Hahnemuhle German Etching are two good papers to work with.
