FLAAR at Bowling Green State University Print E-mail

The technical aspect of the program is coordinated by Chuck Spontelli, whose MA degree in printing is from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Since FLAAR is devoted to art and architectural history, we tend to select printers that can do the best job with museum quality images.

Presently FLAAR has four wide format printers in it's university facility in Latin America.

Full-time editors are assigned not only to scrutinize all the printers at all the leading trade shows in Germany and across the USA, but also to visit print shops, giclée studios, and art departments to find out their experiences as well. The editors also maintain correspondence with artists and photographers from around the world, indeed senior review editor Nicholas Hellmuth was recently in India to inspect wide format print shops in that part of the world. He was invited to give a lecture on piezo vs thermal printhead technologies at the Sign Trade show of Mumbai, India.

If you would like to take advantage of the capabilities and experience of FLAAR at BGSU consider hiring them as professional consultants.

Please do not telephone FLAAR. Reports, consultation, referrals are not available by phone or fax under any condition. Reports and assistance are available only by filling out a contact form, inquiry form, or request form by e-mail.
